  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup bourbon
  • 2 tablespoon light corn syrup
  • additional powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed vanilla wafers, chopped pecans, 1 cup powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
  2. Add the bourbon and corn syrup to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and roll in additional powdered sugar to coat.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
