- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- ¼ cup bourbon
- 2 tablespoon light corn syrup
- additional powdered sugar for rolling
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed vanilla wafers, chopped pecans, 1 cup powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
Add the bourbon and corn syrup to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and roll in additional powdered sugar to coat.
Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
