  • 8 oz Pasta any type
  • 2 cups Kale chopped
  • ½ cup Walnuts toasted
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine kale, walnuts, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Season the pesto with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Toss the cooked pasta with the kale walnut pesto until well coated.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
