  • 1 bunch Kale chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Wash and chop the kale.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine kale, tomatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss well and serve.
