Kale Salad Recipe
A simple, healthy kale salad recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch Kale chopped
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
Wash and chop the kale.
Halve the cherry tomatoes.
In a mixing bowl, combine kale, tomatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Toss well and serve.
