Main Ingredients
- 2 cups kale leaves, stems removed
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup pine nuts
- 2 cloves garlic
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 Juice of 1 lemon
Add kale, Parmesan, pine nuts, and garlic to a blender or food processor.
Blend while slowly adding olive oil until smooth.
Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Blend again.
