Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups kale leaves, stems removed
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • cup pine nuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions 

  1. Add kale, Parmesan, pine nuts, and garlic to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend while slowly adding olive oil until smooth.
  3. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Blend again.
