  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Remove the kale leaves from the stems and tear into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the kale with olive oil and salt.
  4. Spread the kale on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until the edges are brown but not burnt.
