Main Ingredients
- 4 cups kale, chopped
- 2 apples, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped kale and thinly sliced apples.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the kale and apples, and toss to coat evenly.
Let the slaw sit for about 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
