Kale Apple Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch Kale chopped
- 2 Apples sliced
- ¼ cup Walnuts chopped
- ¼ cup Dried Cranberries
- ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
Dressing
- 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped kale, sliced apples, chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, and crumbled feta cheese.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
