  • 2 Apples sliced
  • ¼ cup Walnuts chopped
  • ¼ cup Dried Cranberries
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions
