  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 4 cups chopped kale
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
