Kale and Beet Salad

Salad Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale, chopped
- 2 medium beets, roasted and sliced
- 0.25 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 0.25 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine chopped kale and sliced beets.
Add crumbled feta cheese and chopped walnuts.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss everything together until well mixed.
