Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and grated pear.
2. Add the beef short ribs to the marinade. Mix well to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the marinated short ribs for about 3-4 minutes on each side until nicely charred and cooked through.
5. Serve hot with rice and side dishes.
