Main Ingredients
- 500 g Ground beef
- 1 Onion grated
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, grated onion, salt, black pepper, and turmeric.
2. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them onto skewers.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
5. Grill the kabobs for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
6. Serve hot with rice or flatbread.
