Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix apples with cinnamon and ¼ cup of sugar. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs with the remaining sugar, oil, and vanilla.
  4. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to the egg mixture alternately with the orange juice.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan. Add half of the apple mixture. Pour the remaining batter over the apples, then top with the remaining apples.
  6. Bake for 90 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before removing from pan.
