Instructions
Season the chicken thighs with jerk seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through.
In a pot, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the pasta with the jerk chicken on top.
