Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs
  • 2 tablespoon Jerk Seasoning
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 8 oz Pasta
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Season the chicken thighs with jerk seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through.
  3. In a pot, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the pasta with the jerk chicken on top.
