Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Udon noodles
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Sliced bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped green onions

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add mushrooms, broccoli, and bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce. Add the cooked noodles and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
