Jamaican Jerk Chicken Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
- 1 tablespoon Allspice
- 1 tablespoon Thyme dried
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 piece Ginger 1-inch, minced
- 2 pieces Scotch Bonnet Peppers seeded and chopped
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 piece Lime juiced
Blend all ingredients except chicken to make the marinade.
Rub the marinade over the chicken and let it sit for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill chicken for about 45 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
