Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 1 tablespoon Allspice
  • 1 tablespoon Thyme dried
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 piece Ginger 1-inch, minced
  • 2 pieces Scotch Bonnet Peppers seeded and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 piece Lime juiced

Instructions 

  1. Blend all ingredients except chicken to make the marinade.
  2. Rub the marinade over the chicken and let it sit for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill chicken for about 45 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
