  • 4 pieces Red Snapper cleaned and scaled
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse the snapper and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. 2. Mix flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. 3. Dredge the snapper in the flour mixture, coating evenly.
  4. 4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  5. 5. Fry the snapper for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. 6. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
  7. 7. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
