Instructions
1. Rinse the snapper and pat dry with paper towels.
2. Mix flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
3. Dredge the snapper in the flour mixture, coating evenly.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
5. Fry the snapper for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
