  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 pcs Jalapenos seeded and finely chopped

Instructions 

  1. Combine strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and jalapenos in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens, about 30 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before transferring to a jar.
  4. Store in the refrigerator and use within 2 weeks.
