- 2 cups Strawberries hulled and chopped
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 pcs Jalapenos seeded and finely chopped
Combine strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and jalapenos in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens, about 30 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly before transferring to a jar.
Store in the refrigerator and use within 2 weeks.
