Jalapeño Poppers Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 12 jalapeño peppers halved and seeded
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon butter melted
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
In another bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with the melted butter.
Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each filled jalapeño.
Place the jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and crispy.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
