  • 12 pcs Jalapeno Peppers seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 4 cups Sugar
  • 1 pack Pectin

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blend jalapenos and vinegar until smooth.
  2. 2. Combine mixture with sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Stir in pectin and boil for another minute.
  4. 4. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
