Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pork loin thinly sliced
  • 250 g Pasta any type
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the sliced pork loin to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Stir in the diced tomatoes, dried oregano, and dried basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce.
  6. 6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
