  • 4 slices Italian bread
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.25 cup Basil chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Toast the bread in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Top the toasted bread with the tomato mixture and serve immediately.
