Italian Sausage Peppers and Onions Recipe
A classic Italian dish with sausage, peppers, and onions.

Main Ingredients
- 4 links Italian sausage mild or hot
- 2 bell peppers sliced
- 1 large onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add sausage links and cook until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add bell peppers, onions, and garlic. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Slice the sausages into 1-inch pieces and return to the skillet.
Add oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
