Instructions
Sprinkle gelatin over water in a small bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes.
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Do not boil.
Remove from heat and stir in the gelatin mixture and vanilla extract until completely dissolved.
Pour the mixture into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
