Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Tomato Paste (6 oz)
  • 2 cans Crushed Tomatoes (28 oz each)
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef and ground pork over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, and beef broth. Mix well.
  4. 4. Add the dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  5. 5. Bring the sauce to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and let it cook for about 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Serve over your favorite pasta and enjoy!
