Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Beef chuck roast
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. 2. Pour the beef broth over the roast.
  3. 3. Sprinkle the Italian dressing mix, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, parsley, and red pepper flakes over the roast.
  4. 4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender and easily shredded.
  5. 5. Shred the beef with two forks and mix it with the juices in the slow cooker.
  6. 6. Serve the beef on rolls or as desired.
