Instructions
Preheat a griddle over medium heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
Make a well in the center and pour in the buttermilk. Mix to form a dough.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead lightly.
Shape into a round and flatten to about ½ inch thick. Cut into quarters.
Cook on the preheated griddle for about 10 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
