Irish Coffee Cheesecake
A delightful cheesecake infused with the flavors of Irish coffee.

Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 0.5 cup Melted Butter
Filling
- 24 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4 units Eggs
- 0.25 cup Irish Whiskey
- 0.25 cup Strong Brewed Coffee cooled
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Topping
- 1 cup Heavy Cream whipped
- 2 tablespoon Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Instant Coffee Granules optional, for garnish
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in Irish whiskey, coffee, and vanilla extract. Pour over crust.
Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely.
Top with whipped cream mixed with powdered sugar. Garnish with coffee granules if desired.
