Irish Boiled Dinner Corned Beef Recipe
A traditional Irish boiled dinner featuring corned beef, cabbage, and root vegetables.

Main Ingredients
- 3 pounds corned beef brisket with spice packet
- 1 large cabbage cut into wedges
- 6 medium carrots peeled and cut into chunks
- 6 medium potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 large onion peeled and cut into wedges
1. Place corned beef in a large pot and cover with water. Add spice packet.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
3. Add potatoes, carrots, and onion. Simmer for 30 minutes.
4. Add cabbage and simmer for another 15-20 minutes until all vegetables are tender.
5. Remove meat and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice and serve with vegetables.
