Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Turkey Breast bone-in, skin-on
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. 2. Pour the chicken broth into the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.
  3. 3. Place the turkey breast on the trivet.
  4. 4. Seal the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 35 minutes.
  5. 5. Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  6. 6. Remove the turkey breast and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
