Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.
  2. 2. Pour salsa over the chicken.
  3. 3. Add garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, and salt.
  4. 4. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Once done, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  6. 6. Shred the chicken with two forks and mix with the sauce in the pot.
