Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa rinsed
  • 1.5 cup water
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
  2. Add quinoa, water, and salt to the Instant Pot.
  3. Close the lid and set the valve to sealing position.
  4. Cook on high pressure for 1 minute.
  5. Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  6. Fluff the quinoa with a fork and serve.
