Instant Pot Greek Yogurt
Homemade Greek yogurt using an Instant Pot. Simple and delicious.

Main Ingredients
- 8 cups whole milk preferably organic
- 2 tablespoon plain yogurt with live cultures
Pour milk into the Instant Pot and close the lid.
Press the 'Yogurt' button and then 'Adjust' until it says 'Boil'.
When the boil cycle is complete, check the temperature. It should be 180°F. If not, use the 'Saute' function to heat the milk to 180°F.
Remove the inner pot and let the milk cool to 110°F.
Whisk in the plain yogurt.
Return the inner pot to the Instant Pot. Press the 'Yogurt' button and set the timer for 8 hours.
After 8 hours, transfer the yogurt to a cheesecloth-lined strainer and let it drain for 2 hours for Greek yogurt consistency.
Store the yogurt in the refrigerator.
