Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 pounds corned beef brisket with spice packet
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 pound carrots peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 pound potatoes cut into chunks
  • 1 head cabbage cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. Place the corned beef brisket, spice packet, and water in the Instant Pot.
  2. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to 'Pressure Cook' on high for 90 minutes.
  3. Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  4. Remove the corned beef and set aside. Add the carrots, potatoes, and cabbage to the pot.
  5. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to 'Pressure Cook' on high for 5 minutes.
  6. Quick release the pressure. Slice the corned beef and serve with the vegetables.
