Instant Pot Chicken Alfredo Recipe
A quick and easy chicken alfredo recipe made in the Instant Pot.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta, broken in half
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Set Instant Pot to sauté mode and add olive oil.
2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
3. Add garlic and sauté for another minute.
4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well.
5. Add fettuccine pasta, ensuring it's submerged in the liquid.
6. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 8 minutes.
7. Once done, quick release the pressure.
8. Open the lid and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
