  • ¼ cup Butter, melted
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
  4. Bake for 50 minutes or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Let it cool before serving.
