Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon Hunan sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat the wok over high heat and add vegetable oil.
  3. 3. Stir-fry the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
  5. 5. Add the bell peppers and broccoli, stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Pour in the Hunan sauce and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
