Instructions
1. Marinate the chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
2. Heat the wok over high heat and add vegetable oil.
3. Stir-fry the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
4. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
5. Add the bell peppers and broccoli, stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
6. Pour in the Hunan sauce and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
