- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- ¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ½ cup Granulated Sugar
- ¾ cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, cocoa powder, and sugar. Whisk until smooth.
Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low.
Add the chocolate chips and butter. Stir until melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Let the sauce cool slightly before serving. It will thicken as it cools.
