Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Granulated Sugar
  • 5 tablespoon Golden Syrup
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Soda

Instructions 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar and golden syrup. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. Increase heat to medium and bring to a boil without stirring until the mixture reaches 300°F (150°C) on a candy thermometer.
  4. Remove from heat and quickly whisk in baking soda until the mixture foams up.
  5. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and let it cool completely.
  6. Break into pieces and enjoy!
