Honey Walnut Shrimp
A delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring crispy shrimp coated in a sweet and creamy sauce with candied walnuts.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ cup walnuts halved
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon condensed milk
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 cups water for boiling
- 1 cup sugar for candied walnuts
- 1 cup oil for frying
1. Boil water in a saucepan. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add walnuts and boil for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Coat shrimp in cornstarch and fry until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, and condensed milk. Toss fried shrimp in the sauce until well coated.
4. Serve shrimp topped with candied walnuts.
