Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup walnuts halved
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon condensed milk
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 2 cups water for boiling
  • 1 cup sugar for candied walnuts
  • 1 cup oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil water in a saucepan. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add walnuts and boil for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Coat shrimp in cornstarch and fry until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, and condensed milk. Toss fried shrimp in the sauce until well coated.
  4. 4. Serve shrimp topped with candied walnuts.
