Main Ingredients
- 4 medium sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Peel and cube the sweet potatoes.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, honey, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
Toss sweet potatoes in the mixture.
Spread on a baking sheet.
Roast for 30 minutes, stirring halfway.
