  • 4 medium sweet potatoes peeled and cubed

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, honey, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss sweet potatoes in the mixture.
  5. Spread on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast for 30 minutes, stirring halfway.
