- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced

In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
