- 4 Pork Chops bone-in or boneless
- ¼ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Dijon Mustard
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced

1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and minced garlic.
3. Season pork chops with salt and black pepper on both sides.
