  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the honey mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
