- 4 fillets Salmon
- ¼ cup Honey
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the honey mixture over the salmon fillets.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
