  • 4 large carrots
  • 4 large parsnips
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cut carrots and parsnips into sticks.
  3. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  5. Drizzle with honey and roast for another 5 minutes.
