Ingredients

  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • ¾ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 4 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, sour cream, and vegetable oil. Mix until well blended.
  3. Pour half of the batter into a greased baking pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over the batter in the pan.
  5. Pour the remaining batter over the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make the glaze.
  8. Drizzle the glaze over the warm cake.
