- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until tender and slightly crispy.
In a small bowl, mix together the balsamic vinegar and honey.
Drizzle the honey balsamic mixture over the roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat evenly.
Serve warm.
