  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until tender and slightly crispy.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the balsamic vinegar and honey.
  6. Drizzle the honey balsamic mixture over the roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Serve warm.
