Honduran Style Crispy Fried Tacos
Delicious, crispy fried tacos filled with seasoned meat and topped with fresh veggies.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 12 pieces Corn tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
4. Fill each tortilla with a spoonful of the cooked beef, then fold in half.
5. Carefully place the filled tortillas in the hot oil and fry until crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
6. Remove the tacos from the oil and drain on paper towels.
7. Serve the tacos topped with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
