Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 12 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  4. 4. Fill each tortilla with a spoonful of the cooked beef, then fold in half.
  5. 5. Carefully place the filled tortillas in the hot oil and fry until crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove the tacos from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. 7. Serve the tacos topped with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
