Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Sirloin Tip Roast
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme, chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the herb mixture all over the sirloin tip roast.
  4. Place the roast in a roasting pan.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 325°F (165°C) and continue roasting for about 75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the roast rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
