Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Chicken about 4 pounds
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Thyme fresh, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary fresh, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley fresh, chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped thyme, rosemary, and parsley over the chicken.
  5. Place the minced garlic inside the chicken cavity.
  6. Put the chicken in a roasting pan and roast for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving.
