Marinade
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Chicken
- 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless, skinless
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
